Babysitter Job: The Olson Family with 2 Children
I have 2 incredible kiddos, 16 mos and 2 yrs old. They love having fun, exploring, learning, playing, and enjoying music. Being outdoors is a strong value of our family in addition to being courteous and respectful of one another and our personal boundaries. We have 2 Australian Labradoodles who will also be in our home and may ask to go outside every once in a while.
We have a pool in our backyard and our kids love it, so experience around water and a willingness to get wet, is a huge plus. I follow a gentle parenting approach and we do not use any screens, aside from minimal TV time. It is important that my children feel loved and comfortable with whomever decides to join us. And equally so, I am so grateful for those willing to provide safe, nurturing environment for my kiddos when I can’t be with them.
