We are looking for a kind, reliable nanny for our 2 year old daughter. Care would be at our home in Bay Park. The core schedule will be 7am to 5:45pm M, T, Th, Fri for one week and M, T, Th. every other week. There may be occasions where we need a longer day and will notify you ahead of time. Primary responsibilities are feeding, diaper changes, play, and allowing her to watch some TV.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional infant-care experience as a nanny

Reliable, attentive, patient, and nurturing, with sound judgment and a strong commitment to infant safety
Able to commit to the Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule for at least one year
Comfortable with a friendly dog (hypoallergenic)

Won't be looking for a nanny share to start till January but starting to look around and see who might be interested. One baby girl, will be about 3-4 months when we start care. Will need full time 40 hours/week and open to having the share at our hour or someone else's house, depending on situation. We do have one dog who wouldn't require care but would be home at times (about 40 lbs, super friendly, calm and great with kids of all ages).

Job would entail watching more than likely just one child at a time and spending most of the time outdoors if it's with the 3 year old (we live close to parks, libraries and shopping centers) and spending time indoors/outdoors with the 8-month-old. Must be okay with parents potentially home part of the time (husband works from home occasionally and maybe watching one of the kids while you take the other). Both kids are well-behaved. Our family is very outdoorsy and athletic so we are looking for someone that can keep up with the little ones!
