Babysitter Job: The Aguilera Family with 1 Child
Hello, we have a 2year old boy, Santiago. He is silly, loves fire trucks, race cars, motorcycles, puzzles, books and all sports. For fun he plays golf, baseball, soccer, rides his bike and scooter. He is a lover boy and loves to be put to work and feel like he is helping someone. When he’s feeling emotional, he needs extra hugs and then an art session.
We are looking for someone who will continue to instill independence and encourage manners and emotional regulation techniques. He is very smart and sensitive to other people’s energy so it is also important that you are able to regulate your emotions as well.
Overall, we are raising him to be a man of his word, be empathetic and compassionate for others, to always follow through and be well mannered and considerate to others.
If you believe you’d like to also help us in our mission with Santiago, then you are the person we are looking for. Someone who loves children and can speak to them on their level while also being another comfort person that perpetuates our teachings to him.
The job would be to come to our home during our designated date times and spend quality time with Santiago and follow his schedule for a period of 4hrs. His schedule is conveniently located on our Skylight organizer in the kitchen.
We are open to nanny share if the other child has some shared interests and comes from a home with similar values in raising a man.
Right now we’d like to start with 1 night a week and hopefully move to more. We want to build a relationship with our nanny with the hopes of making her a part time regularly scheduled nanny for date nights and sports practices. We’d love to build a routine with another family in a shared environment as well. Our lives revolve around Allen, McKinney, Plano and Frisco so we are open to sharing with a family in these zip codes.
Last item, this is not a deal breaker but we are a dual language home so a definite plus if you can practice speaking Spanish with Santiago.

The Nanny we hire will need to help keep kids safe and engaged during work hours and occasionally take them to a camp or activity. One aspect of supply….is finding the right team to support God’s vision. This team will help us create order and good habits in our household that will make room for us to multiply our supply to bless more people.

• An in-home caretaker for our nine year old (son) and twelve year old (daughter) who brings a positive, affectionate, loving, honest, trustworthy and loyal spirit.
• Someone who embraces activities, is comfortable in the kitchen, and possesses great cleanliness and organizational skills.
• Someone who has experience working with children with special needs; as our son is on the spectrum.
• Someone who consistently exhibits a professional demeanor.
• Someone who is proactive and has house managerial skills.
• Minimum 1 year commitment (with a 60 day trial period).
Willing and Able to:
• Provide care for our children as specified by schedule/routine outlined by parents.
• Comfortable working in an environment with parents who often work from home (we will physically be here but you will be responsible for overseeing the children at this time)
• Assist with school drop off/pick up and after school drop off/pick up for activities.
• Elementary learning development with limited television viewing (for example- creative activities, helping with reading, review of school work and learning through curriculum kits ). Develop creative ways for kids to learn
• House Management duties as requested (for example accepting packages, opening home for repairs, organizing activities within the home, grocery shopping, scheduling repair appointments, making sure the children's appointments are scheduled etc.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Brock Family with 2 Children
Our daughter is 10 and our son is 8 and they love playing together and are easy going. We work 10-12 hours on Saturdays, usually from around noon to midnight or later (we work at weddings). This would not be for every Saturday, but we can plan the Saturdays well in advance. We do have a guest room if you would rather go to sleep and stay the night instead of driving after we get home. Some driving to soccer games would be needed sometimes, but mostly hanging around the house playing and making meals. We do have a medium sized dog who is chill and sweet, you won’t need to do anything for him, but he will be there. We also sometimes travel for weddings, so being available for full weekends and overnights when needed would be great. Thank you!
