A little bit about us

Hello!
My family is in need for a long term full time nanny. My husband and I are wedding venue owners and our life can get a little busy but we always make sure to have as much family time as possible with the vacations wherever we can fit them.
We have 2 boys 6 & 4, the youngest of which has autism and is nonverbal. We also have a sweet puppy names Nala.
I am looking for someone who has full availability as our schedule is never the same each week but you would have a schedule from us a month in advance with maybe some spontaneous sous dates in between. Mostly every weekend needed with the option to have at least one day of the weekend off and 2 or 3 week night days.
I want someone to grow with our family because once we choose someone to care for our children they become an extension of the family very quickly.
