A little bit about us

My husband and I are expecting a little girl in November 2022 and are trying to secure childcare once I go back to work after maternity leave. We would likely need someone to start part-time with us in March 2023. One of us will likely be working from home while nanny is here. We also have a black lab who may be here as well so comfortability with pets is preferred :) This has the potential to turn into a full-time opportunity after a couple of months if that is of interest. We are located in Vancouver, WA and excited to meet you!

We would like for someone to start with a few shifts in May and then we would increase hours in June when I return to work from maternity leave. We’re looking for somebody who can be silly and engage my 3 1/2 year-old in imaginative and active play as well as someone with experience with small infants. A parent will usually be at home. So you wouldn’t have to care for both children at the same time. My 3 1/2 year old frequently has daytime activities so then you would be home alone with the baby. You would not be responsible for taking my son to an activities typically.
