Babysitter Job: The Smith Family with 3 Children
Hi! We’re a laid-back but intentional family looking for a reliable, caring sitter to help with our 2-year-old toddler on a part-time, occasional basis.
Schedule:
• Every other Wednesday
• Approximately 8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (about 3–3.5 hours)
• Start date: late February
• Opportunity for additional weekday hours this summer
Children:
• Care is primarily for one toddler (age 2)
• On occasional school-closure days, care may include all three children
• Must be comfortable with multiple kids when needed
Pay:
• $15/hour for one child
• $18/hour on days caring for all three
(Short shifts; no additional household duties expected)
What the role looks like:
• Preparing and cleaning up a simple breakfast
• Diaper changes as needed
• Playtime, story time, coloring, blocks, etc.
• Some TV time is allowed
• Keeping our toddler safe, happy, and engaged while we’re out
We’ll have activities set up, and we value a sitter who enjoys interacting with kids, but we also keep expectations realistic.
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old
• Prior childcare experience
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable with toddlers and occasional care for multiple children
• Calm, confident, and kind (especially with energetic boys!)
Hiring Process:
• Initial phone interview
• Background and reference check for final candidates
• In-person meet & greet prior to starting
We’re looking for someone who feels this is a good fit for them too. Mutual comfort and trust matter to us, and we respect that every family–sitter relationship is unique.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Livingston Family with 1 Child
I am looking to get a job. Would hire immediately and my work schedule would be your work schedule. I assume it may change over time. I could only pay around 400 a week. I have a really good baby she’s not fussy and she’s really happy she isn’t hard to deal with. Her name is Naomi and she is so friendly with everyone. She’s 6 months old! I would want you to take care of her in my home. She has a pretty big room you would be able to help yourself to snacks and food and drinks while you’re there and write on the grocery list whatever you want for snacks.
