We’re hoping to find someone who is engaging and interactive with her, enjoys getting out for activities like music in the park and the zoo, and is comfortable helping with light baby-related tasks during naps, such as washing bottles, baby laundry, and tidying her play area. We’re a no-screen-time household and are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, has a clean driving record, is comfortable completing a background check, and is up to date on vaccinations, including routine flu and COVID vaccines.

Family seeks a full-time (40+ hrs/week) nanny to care for two children, ages 7 and 4, with a third due in January 2027 for a long-term relationship. The role is primarily childcare for the new baby and a small amount of afternoon childcare for the school-aged childrenwith light household management (tidying, laundry, grocery runs, meal prep, errands) as secondary/overflow duties when childcare demands allow. Own reliable vehicle required for driving children to school and activities, with mileage reimbursed; pay range $27-35+/hour with benefits (if nanny is on payroll) depending on experience. Flexibility for occasional overtime and evening coverage is required, as parents travel for work and occasionally need slightly later hours (6pm instead of 5pm). Looking for an occasional nanny during the day to play and make snacks for the kids. I homeschool and need someone to play with the kids who are done with lessons so that my elder daughter can finish well and not have many distractions.
I have an 18 month old who loves to take walks and play outside , my second younger children are 4.5 years old they are twins and also enjoy soccer and building with legos. My two oldest children are the ones I do formal lessons with ; My son is in 1st grade and my daughter in 5th. I do many subjects together but math and language arts I do individually to meet their needs. That’s where I would need the support to be able to give my older students a dedicated space and focused time while the younger siblings are playing in a different area.
I really need an hour or two for that to happen but with the time to set up and dive in I realize it would be a minimum of 3 hours /day once or twice a week. We also have a small puppy that is on an eat play sleep schedule and does require a little attention but for the most part it’s in an enclosed area in the kitchen.
It may seem like a lot but my kids are very independent, and fun, they’re creative and have a silly sense of humor. We don’t do screen time and just need an extra adult to supervise while I am inside working.
