Looking for someone to watch my 3 y/o daughter, Ella, a few days a week for 3-5 hours or sometimes more when no one else is available and my wife and I are at work, there is flexibility as to which days and how many hours, depending on sitter's personal schedule. Details can be easily explained over the phone as its hard to pin down an exact schedule week to week. 18 an hour but willing to go higher for the right person.
