A little bit about us

We're looking for an experienced, silly, reliable, organized, nurturing and snuggly nanny for our wonderful children. During the school year, time will be spent with our smiley 16m old. Our 4yr and 6yr olds will be in elementary school full time and just need to be picked up and given a snack. All 3 kids will be home together in the summer for additional $.
One parent works from home, but we really need someone with the experience and skillset to manage things on their own.
Our ideal fit is someone who is confident in their ability to manage sibling rivalry, doesn't require much training on toddler meals, is good at setting gentle but firm boundaries and enjoys facilitating age appropriate crafts and activities to keep the kids stimulated and regulated. Must be excellent at calming babies who miss mom and getting them down for naps :)

2 small dogs need potty breaks in the fenced in yard. Light housekeeping (vacuuming, kid laundry & daily mess clean up) required.

Hours are M-W 8-3 and occasional Thursday hours if available. Some flexibility would be helpful. 2 weeks paid PTO, 3 sick days. $20-$22/hr, $25 for all 3 kids together.

Must be able to come in any weather, be willing to care for sick kids and able to commit to at least 1 full year. Knowledge of gentle parenting practices a must. We would love our nanny to join us in parenting from Dr. Becky's approach using the Good Inside book as a guide.

Must have a valid license in good standing and transport kiddos in my SUV. We have passes to everything and would love for you to go on amazing adventures!

This job post is straight to the point but I promise we are pretty laid back in real life. We love our nannies and want someone who will become a part of our family :)

Please send a message with start/end availability, professional toddler experience.

A little bit about us

Hello -

We are a young family relocating to Portland, Me from Boston, MA and are looking for a nanny for our 15 month old son, Luca.

We'd be looking for a nanny who can be available from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday beginning April 1st, 2022.

We'd like a nanny-share so our son Luca has exposure to other children - he is enrolled in infant care now and really enjoys being active, laughing, trying new foods, and playing with his fellow baby-friends. He is genuinely a very happy guy!

Hoping for an experienced, energetic and certified childcare expert who can provide a fun and structured day with educational activities, books, playtime and a lot of outdoor time.
