The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping a busy family stay organized and running smoothly. While the primary focus is providing attentive care for the family's bright, creative, and energetic 8-year-old daughter, this role also includes a variety of household support responsibilities. Household responsibilities include family laundry, home organization, coordinating household tasks, running errands, and providing general family assistant support to help simplify the daily demands of two busy working parents. Occasional meal preparation may be requested, though it is not a primary responsibility. The family is seeking someone who values kindness, consistency, positive communication, and teamwork, and who is looking to build a long-term relationship with a wonderful family. This full-time position offers some flexibility for occasional evenings and travel. The family has a swimming pool, so candidates must know how to swim, and a small dog, so applicants must be pet friendly. Candidates with experience supporting children with ADHD or similar executive functioning challenges are especially encouraged to apply. English/Spanish bilingual speakers are preferred. This position is available immediately.

I have a baby girl who is 1 year old and is spoiled but a joy to be around and likes to be independent, play a lot, & is so goofy and full of giggles & loves watching gracie corner . Also I have my lovely smart kinda of shy 3 year old daughter who likes to listen to music sing and dance to new Tik tok videos and she is also very sassy but sweet. And last but not least my loving son he is just amazing he likes basketball already and loves a friendly face. He is very active and busy and loves marvel characters but obsessed with spider man. He such a sweetheart . All my children are completely different with goofy sweet active personalities and a joy to be around there is never a dull moment when it comes to them . My husband and I are looking for someone that’s reliable and that can fit into our everyday schedule with our children. We take everything day by day when it comes to them because our oldest two will be starting school in the fall this year .
