A little bit about us

Looking for a kind, energetic, and reliable human who can help keep two very opinionated people alive and thriving (ages 7 and 9 — one girl, one boy). Duties include being part chauffeur, part chef, part referee, part entertainer, and occasional dog walker.
Responsibilities include:
• School pickup/drop-offs and transportation to activities
• Preparing meals/snacks (nothing Michelin-star level… unless that’s your thing)
• Keeping up with kids’ laundry and light household cleaning
• Walking the dog (who also has opinions) but is the sweetest in the family.
• Playing with the kids, keeping them engaged, and preventing boredom-induced chaos
• Helping maintain routines and general household sanity
Ideal candidate:
• Loves kids and has a good sense of humor
• Can handle sibling negotiations like a seasoned diplomat
• Comfortable with dogs
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Knows that “I’m bored” is usually not actually an emergency
Bonus points if you can make vegetables seem exciting, find missing shoes, and survive dramatic retellings of playground events. We’re looking for someone warm, responsible, and fun who can become a trusted part of our family while helping life run a little smoother.
