A little bit about us…

Hello there! Note, please do not apply if you do not drive or have a reliable vehicle. Please do not apply if you are fresh out of high school or have less than five years experience taking care of children. We are looking for an experienced, attentive, caring, responsible part time, live-out nanny to care for our 2.5 year old daughter during the week when she is home from daycare from 1:30pm - 6:30pm. We'll also need you to help with preparing her meals, laundry, tidying up and planning/prepping fun and engaging activities for her. You may be required to either take our daughter to some of her activities in the afternoon such as swimming lessons. Overall, she is a very happy, healthy, energetic and social little girl who also happens to be autistic so we are especially looking for someone who has experience caring for children with ASD and who can come in and connect with her and build a warm, supportive, effective relationship with her to help her learn to communicate and engage with others. This is key to us. We are looking for someone who can be valued part of our family and partner with us to give our daughter the love, care and support she needs to meet and exceed her milestones and develop socially and emotionally.

A little bit about us…

Hi there! We live in Vienna and we're looking to join a nanny share or hire a nanny to start full time by the beginning of February.

About us...
M is our 2 year old daughter and is very playful and has high energy. She is very sharp and quick to learn new things. We also have a 7 month old daughter. The kids have a playroom and plenty of space to run outside.

What we're looking for in a nanny... we'd like someone who will not only play with the kids, but also teach them and help them grow/develop. We'd also be looking for someone to do light housekeeping for the kids things (laundry, tidying up play area/toys, washes kids dishes), and making meals (doesn't have to be big meals but something healthy for the kids). Open to hosting another family in our home, or splitting time as long as it's nearby Maple Ave and Lawyers Rd.

Hours would be somewhat flexible, but if fixed times are requested, would want something between 9a-5p M-F.

Notes... we do have a 16 lb shih tzu/bichon mix who is very friendly and playful. Must be comfortable around dogs, but won't be expected to take care of the dog.

MUSTS: Fully vaccinated, takes covid seriously, CPR certified and able to drive to/from our home. Kids will not be expected to be transported.

Thank you!

A little bit about us…

We found a wonderful FT nanny from 9-5 during the week Monday through Friday for our son who is 4. We also have a daughter who is 8 and is back to school full time. I am looking for another vaccinated family with a child between the ages of 2.5-5 who would be interested in coming to our house to do a nanny share starting in September 2021. I have taken my son out of preschool because he has a history of pneuomnia and I'm not comfortable with Covid still going around. The nanny share would last until he goes to kindergarten in Fall 2022-- so for a little more than a year. Everyone is vaccinated except for the kids.

About our nanny:

Our nanny is simply fantastic. She is in her mid 30s and is a mom of two girls ages 7 and 10. She is a US citizen who is originally from Togo in West Africa and she is bilingual speaking English and French. She speaks French to the kids and it is so cute. She went to university in Africa and is a bright and engaging nanny. She really plays with the kids, makes meals, and keeps them busy and safe. What I love most is that she is warm and caring. She is CPR certified and has a clean background check and driving record.

We are doing everything above board, so taxes would be withheld and we would split the cost of the share + taxes. I'm thinking somewhere between $15-17 an hour each for the two kids. We can also discuss if you need longer hours to change her schedule.

About our house:

Our house has plenty of room for the kids plus WFH parents. It has a playroom in the basement and a nice backyard with a swingset. We're in a very safe, nice neighborhood in Vienna. I'm hoping my husband and I will be able to work in the office part time by the fall but we will still likely be WFH at least part time.
Please contact me if you're interested.

A little bit about us…

My son is 1 year old. I am looking for someone to focus on my son's needs and growth, take care of room to keep it organized and clean, follow the feeding and sleeping schedule, do his laundry, change his crib's sheets, engage him in activities without outside distractions such as personal cell phones, schedule might change every week but only for the days of the week, the amount of hours will remain the same weekly. Looking for 3 days per week, and most of the time it would be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Also, looking for lighthouse work when my son is asleep, such as dishes, laundry, keeping main areas clean and organized, and other light housework. The main focus should be my son, other housework should only be done when he sleeps. Requirements for my son include feeding him, taking care of hygiene and making sure diapers are changed, and keeping him engaged.

A little bit about us…

We are looking for someone to teach and take care of our 8-month-old and 25-month-old while I work from home. Our current child care provider has been wonderful but she has decided to go back to university for another degree, which is why we're seeking a new one.
We live in Oakton. We are looking for Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
I work at home 75% of the time so we will see each other a lot. They are both girls. The 25-month-old can talk a lot already.
We have a backyard and swing outside. We don't expect you to take the girls to places because we have many toys and activities at home.
