My husband and I recently relocated to Charlottesville to be closer to family. We had a baby boy (our only) 6 weeks ago. We both work full time and typically have longer work hours. We have arranged for daycare however would prefer one-on-one care by a nanny that could be provided in our home.

I'm due Sept 30th, looking for someone to start Dec 1. I'm a resident at UVA with very hectic hours and my husband works in Richmond, traveling internationally a lot. We're looking for someone to help in evenings after day care of our new baby girl. Typical hours will be from 5:45-7:30 pm however some nights may need additional time depending on my call schedule. We do have a puppy and we hope that walking our daughter outside may also include walking our puppy although we have a separate dog walker, so not required.

We are looking for a part-time, afternoon nanny for our son James (age 1), and our daughter Walker (age 6-1st grade). The working hours will be M-F, 1-5pm. From 1-3, care will only be needed for our son; our daughter will join you when she gets off the school bus at 3pm. Responsibilities would include safe, developmentally appropriate play, daily outdoor time (weather permitting), and may include transportation to one or two after school activities for our daughter. Walker loves to play outside, draw, write, dance, pretend, read, and play games. James is still a baby, but he plays well independently, loves social interaction, being outside, and really enjoys snuggles. We have very high expectations for behavior and manners, so you will find both of our kids well-behaved. We also have two very lazy cats. We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable and consistent and who will genuinely love our children!

Hello. My name is Meka. I am 26 yes old. I have a 4 yr old daughter and a 2 yr old son. They are both loving and sweet children. Everyone who meets them loves them and loves their manners. My children are good children. My daughter is very active though but my son is more laid-back and very chill. I moved here 3 1/2 years ago and I know no one really because I am always in the house if not at work. Message me if you feel you will be a good fit. My kids are in daycare Mon-Fri 6:30a.m - 5:00p.m and I work everyday mon-thurs so the only time I would need someone is part time for the days daycare may not be opened or for a date night a weekend or so. I stay at home. I never really go out and have a good time sometime so maybe I could get a couple hours to myself sometime. If you have any questions feel free to message me and we can schedule a time to meet up. Thanks a lot !
