A little bit about us

We are looking for someone wonderful to become part of our family and care for our baby at our home, Monday to Friday from 830am to 430pm (30-35 hours/week) starting in July/August. He will be 4 months old then. Care will be primarily for him but I would like our nanny to also pick up my older son from school nearby at 330pm every day. He will be 3 in August (about an hour per day would also be spent with him).
We’d love someone with RIE and/or Montessori experience but not required. We follow gentle/responsive parenting. I’d like baby out in nature as much as possible throughout the day. We live in Fry’s Spring so it’s a beautiful neighborhood for walking and you may also go to the Beach Club. I work from home so I’d like to be able to nurse and spend time with baby throughout the day.

A little bit about us

I have 2 boys. They are in school a few minutes away. I work full time. The boys are very smart and mostly well behaved. They respond to the person they are around. I am a very calm and relaxed person who is firm in what I say. So they are not very fussy. When their mom is around, she is very anxiety driven, so they are extremely fussy. My 5 year old knows no strangers and will talk for hours. My 2 year old is more reserved and shy, so he will take some warming up to you.

I may need help with school pickup and after school care for a couple hours until I am off work. This can be flexible. I will also need help with house work such as, light cleaning, food prep, etc. I expect this to be 3 or 4 days a week.
