The Domenick Family - Hiring in Dulles
The Domenick Family
Dulles$20/hr  |  3 kids
We are looking for a full-time nanny/house manager to start working with us and our 3 kids FULL-TIME immediately!

DAYS AND HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4:30 (Early is required. I need an extra driver in the morning).
LOCATION: Ashburn/Aldie
LIVE IN OR LIVE OUT -- We can make both work!!!
AGES OF KIDS: 14, 10 and 6
RATE: negotiable

This position was always more of a "house manager" position until the whole distance learning situation came into play. In the long-term -- I need someone to help me run the house. Actually, you will run the house and I will do what you say 🙂 I need someone to do laundry, help with school/activity drop-offs and pick-ups, deal with dry cleaning, grocery shop (or at least keep a list of what we need), keep kids activities in order, pack sports bags on proper day, maintain calendar, help with the kids rooms, return items, keep us in general order.

During this time of distance-learning, some kids will be home on some-days (ever changing) --- I need someone who can keep them on track. They can basically do "school" themselves but they may have few questions here and there. I do need someone who can maintain order and make phone calls related to kids doctors appointments, tutors and extra curricular activities. I also would love someone who can take the initiative and call repair people, etc. I truly need a manager.

I need someone highly organized, reliable and who runs a tight ship! We are flexible to a live-in or live-out arrangement. Private room and bath. We are in the process of renovating so that you would have a separate kitchenette area for your own personal use.

There is also the opportunity for additional hours on the evenings and weekends if interested. (Date nights, work functions, potential for vacations with our family.).

We want someone who is part of the family -- and wants to be with us for the long-term.
