A little bit about us

We found a wonderful FT nanny from 9-5 during the week Monday through Friday for our son who is 4. We also have a daughter who is 8 and is back to school full time. I am looking for another vaccinated family with a child between the ages of 2.5-5 who would be interested in coming to our house to do a nanny share starting in September 2021. I have taken my son out of preschool because he has a history of pneuomnia and I'm not comfortable with Covid still going around. The nanny share would last until he goes to kindergarten in Fall 2022-- so for a little more than a year. Everyone is vaccinated except for the kids.

About our nanny:

Our nanny is simply fantastic. She is in her mid 30s and is a mom of two girls ages 7 and 10. She is a US citizen who is originally from Togo in West Africa and she is bilingual speaking English and French. She speaks French to the kids and it is so cute. She went to university in Africa and is a bright and engaging nanny. She really plays with the kids, makes meals, and keeps them busy and safe. What I love most is that she is warm and caring. She is CPR certified and has a clean background check and driving record.

We are doing everything above board, so taxes would be withheld and we would split the cost of the share + taxes. I'm thinking somewhere between $15-17 an hour each for the two kids. We can also discuss if you need longer hours to change her schedule.

About our house:

Our house has plenty of room for the kids plus WFH parents. It has a playroom in the basement and a nice backyard with a swingset. We're in a very safe, nice neighborhood in Vienna. I'm hoping my husband and I will be able to work in the office part time by the fall but we will still likely be WFH at least part time.
Please contact me if you're interested.

A little bit about us

We are looking for someone to consistently help out during the day and on weekends with our 14 month old boy. We have two older girls that are 9 and 12, but you wouldn’t be caring for them. We are looking for someone about 30+ hours a week. A schedule would look like M-W 8-4 and Th/F 11-4 — it would be flexible at times and changeable depending on your schedule and our schedule. It would also be nice if you were available a weekend evening once in a while, but not required. We both work from home. We also would put the person we hire on payroll for tax purposes.
