Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

I’m crew trainer I train other workers. My son he’s 4 months going on 5 months he’s really chunky and my daughter she’s a diva one year old her way or no way ! I need someone Monday through Thursdays 9am to 4pm I would need them get pick up and dropped off at 4:30pm 5pm if you can’t pick them up let me know the day before so I can tell their dad too . They don’t have allergies so far that I know of or not allergic to anything please be patient with them my daughter is very energetic and don’t really hits still barely watches tv more of outside kid she will get into any and everything so put everything up or pay attention to her I mean literally will get into anything you wouldn’t even think she will get into it
