Looking for someone part-time to help with our 1 year old while mom is remote working. Mostly needing help one to two days a week. We have no hard requirements for hours/times and are willing to be flexible if we meet the right fit for our family.
We are also hopeful for build a relationship with a sitter who could help with the occasional Friday or Saturday evening once every few months (not a requirement).

Far from fussy, he is an absolute joy. Ideal candidate will provide developmentally targeted play and challenges to foster growth and independence. My wife and I both work from home so we are around but will not be hovering/micromanaging care (we just like to pop in occasionally to say hi). We both leave throughout the day for meetings, working out, etc.
