A little bit about us

We're looking for a long-term, mother's helper/assistant to help 30 hours/week. We have 2 sweet boys, ages 3 and 6, so relevant nanny experience/childcare experience is a must, though my oldest will start FT kinder in August. We're looking for someone healthy, creative and fun to help with the boys, cooking and some cleaning while I work (mostly) from home. I'm around a lot and love being with my boys! Someone kind who takes initiative and likes to smile, play and laugh and knows how to handle big feelings with patience and kindness is ideal. We practice gentle parenting (not permissive parenting) Big Little Feelings style and believe in breaking the cycle of fear-based discipline and unrelated consequences. Part-Time Nanny Job: The Wilson Family with 2 Children

My husband and I both work from home and are looking for help a few days a week with picking our kids up from school, making them snacks, getting our daughter to swim practice, and making a healthy dinner. Your day with us would start by picking our son up from school (2:20pm) and bringing him home, getting his reading done, and helping him get a snack. Occasionally I’d like to have you prep some dinner (we could discuss the best way to handle this). You’d bring a healthy snack for our daughter to pick her up from school at 4pm then drop her off at swim practice at EPIC (you’re not required to stay). Most of the time, this would be the end of your day but I think we may sporadically/rarely ask for you to return to help with other family needs depending on our work schedules.

Pick up, drop off daughter at preschool, prepare meals, provide educational activities, help with using the potty, nap time

Monday through Friday, some days may not be needed, vacations/holidays, off days etc.
