A little bit about us

We are moving to Cinci in the coming months and are looking for a part time nanny to help us with our 6 month old baby. She is truly a dream and is sweet as can be. Schedule would be part time, about 25 hours a week. Mom works from home but has been a nanny in the past and understands the importance of healthy boundaries. We really need someone who can keep open lines of communication and is flexible to our requests as our baby changes, grows, and develops. Experience with infants is a must. Light housekeeping preferred. We have a small French bulldog, so comfort around dogs is also a must. We are a warm, loving, and empathetic family who loves to spend time outside and keep things as low key as possible. Structure is really important to us now that we have a baby, but we want to always keep room for spontaneity too! We are really seeking someone who aligns with our values and is open to change and flexibility on the job. Ideally, there is a natural connection and our nanny can spend time with our family long term.
