Searching for potential long term nanny to grow with the family. I prefer someone older, with life experience.. nothing against someone younger. I would really love a grandmother type if possible. Someone to love my littles as they would their own. Over nights will be needed due to us working out of town. This is not needed right away but some help through the day while I am a stay at home mom to get to know the kids would be nice.
My kids are well behaved and brought up with yes ma’am and no ma’am. Yes sir and no sir. I am strict about things, not being on the phone when around them. They are the utmost of importance and require all the attention from you. They are my life. Making the career choice from being a SAHM to going back to work hasn’t been easy, I can be a SAHM without hesitation… so bringing you into our family means you will become part of our family. This isn’t a short term job. This is long term.
Also in the future, you will be asked to go on vacations with us for help with the kids or watch the kids while we go on vacation if my mother doesn’t watch them. I’m not sure the price pay of all this yet.. but it will be paid properly when time comes.
