My 3 year old daughter is a loving, gentle, and curious soul who is also on the spectrum. We are finding daycare over simulates her and a nanny/ part time care giver would be best. We can be flexible on the days, but need care during the day. I wrap up around 4 pm, so no later then this. 2 to 3 days a week would be ideal.
