Location: Based in the Mojave Desert with regular travel (domestic & international)
Core Hours: 6am–12pm & 4pm–8pm | Additional hours negotiable
Commitment: 2-month trial, 2-year minimum preferred

You will be supported and guided by the mother, who holds the central vision of the home and is seeking someone who sees children as whole people, honors sacred labor, and can be emotionally attuned, deeply respectful, and proactive.
You are not an employee in the traditional sense—you are a steward, a witness to growth, and a collaborator in co-creating an ecosystem of love, learning, and transformation.
Global Lifestyle & Movement
Our family moves between multiple homes—Lake Tahoe, the Mojave Desert, the California coast, and international locations. We live a rhythm that is rooted yet can be nomadic. You may find yourself sleeping in different rooms, cities, and even countries across a season.
