Hello, I have a 15 month sweet little girl, I work from home so I would like if the nanny can watch her from home. It would roughly be 5-6 hrs a day Monday through Friday. She quite independent, eats on her own. Loves to read books and plays very. Her naps a bit hard some days but I think we transitioning to 1 nap a day now.
