We are a family in Norwood looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 6-month-old daughter in our home 3 days per week. Ideally, we are looking for coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for approximately 7–8 hours/day, though we can be somewhat flexible with scheduling for the right fit.
We are open to a nanny bringing another child along, especially one close in age to our daughter, as we would love for her to have opportunities for socialization and play. We also have a friendly cat, Jenna, so comfort with pets is important.
We are hoping to find someone who is engaging, dependable, patient, and enjoys spending time actively interacting with young children through play, reading, outdoor time, and developmentally appropriate activities.
We would love someone looking for a consistent, comfortable, and welcoming family environment. Prior childcare experience, strong communication, and reliability are important to us.

Hours: M-Fri, 30-35hrs/week (with occasional night/weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for kids (age appropriate activities and enrichment)
- Able to do pick-up/drop-offs for school and activities (mileage is reimbursed)
- Prepare meals/snacks
- Light housekeeping and organization related to children
Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of childcare/newborn and nanny experience
- Safe and reliable car with clean driving record
- Non-smoker
- CPR certified
- Okay with pets (we have two dogs)
- Able to provide references
- Willing to complete a background check

We are looking for someone to watch our 3 month old baby up to 3 days a week. The days are flexible, but the time would always be 7 am to 5 pm. Our 8 year old dog would also be in the home, but only needs to be let outside twice. We are looking for someone to bottle feed the baby every 3 hours, monitor them for naps, and interact in a developmentally appropriate way for play time. We would provide passes for activities in the community and would reimburse for gas used during the day. We would also reimburse for breakfast and lunch during the day.

He will push buttons but he is a good listener. Looking for someone patient and can remember what it was like to be a small child! Someone who can help him navigate big emotions and redirect appropriately. I’m big on gentle parenting, but if any serious issues were to arise I always appreciate constructive feedback and will take your concerns seriously. Together we can work to construct an affection plan of action for any issues or concerns that may arise. I want my son to feel safe and engaged. Currently, he is an only child and doesn’t get much interaction with other children. He is frequently bored. We are enrolled in a virtual preschool program which he enjoys. We walk to the park daily (though this is not a requirement). He is easy to redirect and engage with, and I think you will find his company quite pleasant!
