Full-Time Nanny Job: The Andrew Family with 1 Child
My spouse and I are both in the US NAVY and are looking for at home care for our sweet boy Kaiden
We are working with CYH military Child Care in Your Home, a Department of Defense pilot program that helps eligible military families pay for full-time, in-home child care and nannies: Full-time care ranging from 30 to 60 hours weekly, supporting non-traditional or rotating shifts.
My hours are 8:45AM- 12pm Monday-Friday
Dad hours are 6Am-5:45pm including every 4 day 24hr duty days
We are looking for a full time nanny Monday - Friday 6:30 AM -2PM
Kaiden was born at 27 weeks he stayed in the nicu for 64 days he came home at 36 weeks his Chronological Age is 5 months & Adjusted Age is 2 months old … due to him being born premature we aren’t comfortable sending him to daycare Kaiden has a heart murmur that will close on its own .. other than that he has no other medical issues

Mon-fri 7-3 and every other weekend during the summer and school holidays/breaks it will be all 3 boys once school is back in it"ll just be the baby. I'll need a nanny to get the 2 older boys on and off the bus and tend to the baby (diapering feeding playing ect) the rest of the day until myself or their father gets home. When the 2 older ones are home I'll need the nanny to cook simple breakfast,lunch and snack. I have two awesome kids that my husband and I are looking for a nanny for. They are currently in preschool and my son gets out at 1:00 pm. I work from 8-5 Monday through Friday in Virginia Beach and my husband works 7-3:30 in Newport News. We do have two dogs one is deaf so he’s very quite and chill while the other one is the complete opposite and very energetic so we would need someone who is comfortable around dogs. Not looking for anything extra other than watching the kids and keeping them happy, you wouldn’t need to clean or anything like that. The only cooking would be for the kids lunches and yourself.
Our main need is someone who can pick my son up from school at 1:00 and lay him down for a nap when he gets home then watch him till roughly 4:30 when my husband gets home. The school follows Chesapeake school system so there will be days he will need someone to watch him from 8-4:30. If holidays match up with my daughters school there may occasionally be days that we would need someone to watch both kids.
