A little bit about us

Our family is looking for an academically minded caregiver/learning coach for our two daughters in 3rd grade. They attend an accredited online school while I (mom) work from home. We are looking for someone with a background in either early elementary education or early childhood education. This person would supervise and assist the girls with their school work first thing in the morning, then play or work on projects with them once daily work was complete. We are looking for someone to begin around 4 January, with a commitment through a minimum of Memorial Day - hopefully longer. The ideal candidate would have reliable transportation to take the girls to occasional activities such as ballet class and ice skating lessons. The job would be between 25 and 30hrs a week, preferably from approximately 8:00-8:30 to 2:00-2:30. We are able to provide flexibility to the right candidate. No curriculum development, assessments, or housework are required in the role. We are in Ashburn.
