A little bit about us

ISO Full time nanny! Two littles. Boy (3) and girl (1) are home full time and in need of a special friend.
Day to day includes meal prep, light housekeeping, kids laundry, potty training and diapers, and extra curricular stuff. Gymnastics, story times, library events, music class.
Downtown Cedarburg.

Looking for a gentle soul that understands neurodivergent care practices. I.e., redirection, boundary holding and patience.

We use an app for schedules, hours, logging of activities.
Really want someone that becomes a part of the family and not just a transactional relationship. We reward performance through long term and short term incentives!
You get that standard holidays, etc.
M-F 7:30-5 with flexibility as life happens.
