Hello, we have a 2year old boy, Santiago. He is silly, loves fire trucks, race cars, motorcycles, puzzles, books and all sports. For fun he plays golf, baseball, soccer, rides his bike and scooter. He is a lover boy and loves to be put to work and feel like he is helping someone. When he’s feeling emotional, he needs extra hugs and then an art session.
We are looking for someone who will continue to instill independence and encourage manners and emotional regulation techniques. He is very smart and sensitive to other people’s energy so it is also important that you are able to regulate your emotions as well.
Overall, we are raising him to be a man of his word, be empathetic and compassionate for others, to always follow through and be well mannered and considerate to others.
If you believe you’d like to also help us in our mission with Santiago, then you are the person we are looking for. Someone who loves children and can speak to them on their level while also being another comfort person that perpetuates our teachings to him.
The job would be to come to our home during our designated date times and spend quality time with Santiago and follow his schedule for a period of 4hrs. His schedule is conveniently located on our Skylight organizer in the kitchen.
We are open to nanny share if the other child has some shared interests and comes from a home with similar values in raising a man.
Right now we’d like to start with 1 night a week and hopefully move to more. We want to build a relationship with our nanny with the hopes of making her a part time regularly scheduled nanny for date nights and sports practices. We’d love to build a routine with another family in a shared environment as well. Our lives revolve around Allen, McKinney, Plano and Frisco so we are open to sharing with a family in these zip codes.
Last item, this is not a deal breaker but we are a dual language home so a definite plus if you can practice speaking Spanish with Santiago.

Oldest (10) and youngest (5) daughters are on the Autism Spectrum (Level 1). They are able take care of themselves, but require a professional who is comfortable working with highly sensitive kiddos.

I am a newly single mother with 2 boys who keep me on my toes! My work schedule is fairly flexible and I’m usually gone about 10 AM until 4 PM. Monday’ - Friday excluding Wednesdays. The boys will be home for summer, however they will be in and out of the house with friends on party mode. We have a pool and they love to swim here at their friends. I would prefer if you swim with the kids when it’s just ours - they are fantastic swimmers they just like to be swam with. They both like to walk to the park and play sports and have picnics. There’s another pool in the neighborhood that looks just like a beach. Definitely outings but maybe only once a week or so.

I try to make sure they have healthy snacks on the end so it would be awesome if you could cut fruit etc. Also, and she’s pretty easy but important as far as staying on schedule. If not they will eat candy all day! I just want to make sure that everybody cleans up after they are done and so that I can come home to the house looking good

Our older son is very independent and may need rides here and there while our younger son craves more one on one time.
We have a dog that is a sweetheart and three kitty cats that are social when they want to be. We really lucked out because all of them are very easy going and well behaved.
The summer hours will be flexible depending on what works best for both parties. During the week, I will need somebody here from around 10 AM to 3 PM. This is very flexible. My husband and I both work at home and out of the house and can accommodate.
We have a pool in the backyard, and our neighborhood has a beach club within walking distance. This is like a beach but a pool with a splash pad, beach volleyball lots of lounging chairs and space to relax. We also have tennis courts and a whole bunch of ponds stocked with fish.
Occasionally we will need errands run but nothing too serious. Help with grocery shopping would the awesome!
I am a fiddle player and play multiple gigs a month and would need somebody to help keep the kiddos. We even encourage you and the kiddos to come (on the clock)!
