We have a bright and active 29 month old daughter that needs an afternoon nanny to pick her up from school, do activities with her in the afternoon, feed her and thoughtfully occupy her.

We are looking for a caring, experienced nanny to support our family as we welcome our newborn baby girl. We would love to find someone who is warm, attentive, and experienced with newborn care to help create a nurturing and engaging environment for our daughter.
Our baby is healthy and doing well, with her first round of vaccinations scheduled for the third week of May. We are hoping to establish a gentle daily routine that includes feeding, naps, developmental engagement, and longer outdoor walks, as we value fresh air and time outside. We are looking for someone who can follow our baby’s cues while encouraging learning and growth in age-appropriate ways.
A little about our family:
• Dad works outside the home.
• Mom works from home in the gaming industry and plans to breastfeed throughout the day when possible. We are happy to coordinate a feeding plan together with the nanny.
• We are an easy-going family but place a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness to help keep our little one healthy.
• We also have a very small Yorkie (about 3 lbs) who primarily stays with Mom.

She needs Mon, Tues, Thursday.
(we are working on specific hours, but it would be a full day)
She would like to use her house as the primary care site, but since we live so close, my home can be an alternate location for a change of scenery too! (and on Wednesdays when it is just my son.)
We both want the boys to be outside a lot.
We would love to work with someone who can help the boys with the skillsets they should be learning for their ages. Naming things, encouraging sign language, reading books, using utensils, etc.

We have two boys, and need some help with after school activities. Some days you may drive them to sports, or simply hang out at school while they play for a while with their friends. We also need some help with laundry and tidying, we would have you come to our house before school gets out to do that. Ideally we need 3 or 4 afternoons a week, 2-5pm, school gets out at 3 and is a 5 minute walk from our house. There would also be opportunities for school days off if you have availability.
