A little bit about us

Hey there! We're a busy, fun family of five with three neurodivergent kiddos, a 5-year-old daughter, a 2-year-old son, and a 1-year-old.
We're biased, but we think they're the funnest, most creative kids.

Our kids love fort-building, play-dough, coloring, and park days, so someone who genuinely enjoys imaginative play and getting outside will feel right at home with us.
We need flexible hours with a focus on bedtime support, light meal prep, and keeping the kids happily engaged while I work from home.

My husband works remotely and travels occasionally, so a warm and reliable presence makes a real difference for our family.
We're easygoing and want this to feel like a great fit for everyone. We hire through an agency. If you're patient, flexible, and love little ones, we'd love to chat!

Warm, reliable caregiver needed for our nearly 1-year-old son in our home. He is sweet, playful, and loves to engage - doesn't want to do anything for too long! Both parents work from home and are usually nearby, but need someone we can fully trust while we are in meetings or focused on work. We are flexible on scheduling and looking for roughly 12-18 hours per week during weekdays, ideally between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Responsibilities include meals/snacks, diaper changes, naps, playtime, books, songs, age-appropriate activities, close supervision of an active toddler, keeping baby areas tidy, and occasional baby laundry.
