Hey there! I need help watching my 3 neurodivergent kiddos. I have a 5 year old daughter, 2 year old son and 1 year old son (turns 1 this week!). I'm biased but I think they are the funnest cutest kids. :)
I'm looking for someone that would be willing to be hired on by an agency.
I also need someone who is super patient with little kids. and willing to take them on walks and to the park lots! My kids love coloring, playing with play-dough and building forts.
The hours vary and I don't have a set schedule yet, we can decide that if we're a good fit!
My husband works remote and is also gone a lot out of the house, so I usually need help with bedtimes for the kids.
I also need help with light house work, light meal prep for kids lunches/snacks and keeping the kids contained while I work from home as well.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with gentle parenting and who is willing to show proof of Covid vaccination and regularly get boosted. A parent working from home will be home 75% of the time at either home.
We have two large l dogs but we will have them in a separate space from the babies. We prefer someone who is familiar with Montessori childcare although that is not a requirement.

Aside from the schedule, we’re an active family. We would love someone who is great with developmental activities, light food prep, tidying up and if needed, make an errand or two.
We also need someone who loves dogs. We have the sweetest miniature dachshund that is about 10lbs, loves to cuddle and just be around her humans.
