We are a laidback, outdoorsy family of three in need of childcare 3-5 days a week (12-16 days/month) on the days when my husband’s schedule and mine overlap. The occasional overnight stay would be expected (he sometimes works a night shift). There’s a separate basement apartment at our house with its own access.
