Part-Time Nanny Job: The BayCity Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a reliable person that can come into our home several varying times a week to help with the children, a grade schooler and a toddler. We work from home, so this position would be working as a helper alongside us as we pop in and out of your "shift". At times you would be with both children, other times just one.
We value someone who is mature, can respect privacy, and can handle the many moods of a child as they transition from sensitive to energetic.
We need assistance during busy times, especially over the dinner/bedtime evening hours and also 1-2 days a week. We would take short bursts of help, as little as 2 hours or longer shifts; we are very flexible and can adjust days and evenings or can work with you to have a more set schedule, if you prefer. Offering approx 8-24 hours a week, with the opportunity for more hours added for the candidate who is the right fit for our family.
While hanging with the kids, additional tasks are expected, light-duty multi-tasking such as pre-prep or heating up food, simple cleaning and tidying, or special helper projects.
Wage rate is negotiable! Will go up based on an excellent fit for our family and performance!
Wage is also higher for the dependable and consistent person who is looking to commit long term, as there are "little hearts" here who bond quickly.
