I am looking for regular M-Th 9-5 then weekend and nights as needed. We travel 2-4 times per year for work that we will need help with. Like housework, meal prep and dog care. Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids.
