Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The McCoy Family with 1 Child
Looking for part time nanny to help with almost 3 year old, Emerson. New baby coming in May so would like to get to know someone now and foresee more help needed once baby arrives. Emerson is in daycare so this would be to supplement a few hours a day in AM or PM to help out on weekdays, I work 1 weekend/month so full days for those 2 days, occasional evening out, and full day when daycare closed/out sick. Pickup/drop off would be a nice bonus occasionally but not a necessity. Would love to find someone who can help with meal prep, possibly help with kid laundry, and who can tidy up toys after play time. We do have a pit mix named Lola, so being comfortable with a big, sometimes anxious dog is a must, and if open to it pet care when we are out of town, but not on regular basis.
