We're currently sleep training him, so we have implemented a daily schedule for him that specifies times for napping, feeding and activities such as walks, reading books, playing with toys, singing, dancing, tummy-& rolling-over time. No screen or TV time allowed. Some light housekeeping pertaining to the baby is required. Ideally, you are also occasionally available on evenings and weekends but not required.
