Seeking A Family To Establish A Nanny Share W/ Existing Nanny

We are seeking a family with a child, close in age to our 2-year-old or younger, interested in establishing a nanny share full time (minumum of 4 days per week, Tuesday through Friday) with our exceptional nanny who has become an irreplaceable part of our family. As our oldest begins school this August, we'd love to continue working with the person who has helped shape our children's lives with patience, kindness, and unwavering love. She provides a safe, nurturing, engaging environment focused on learning through play, outdoor exploration, reading, creativity, and age-appropriate development. She is dependable, communicative, and trusted completely with our children, home, and pets. We are looking for a family who values high-quality, individualized care and would love for their child to grow alongside our youngest in a warm, loving home environment. We are currently seeking to host this nanny share.

Our nanny is : OCPR / First Aid trained, Has a reliable car, Non-smoker, Spanish speaker

Safe transportation from daycare to home on weekdays.
Evening routine: feeding, bedtime prep, and putting baby down by 7:00 PM.
Complete infant care on weekend shifts (meals, naps, playtime, diapering).
Requirements
Proven infant care experience.
Valid driver’s license, safe vehicle, and clean driving record.
CPR/First Aid certified.
Background check and reliable references required.
Flexibility with a weekly rotating schedule.
