The Harris Family - Hiring in Vallejo
The Harris Family
Vallejo$25/hr  |  1 kid
*Temporary nanny needed until 6/28/22.*

Hello! We are a multiracial family living in Vallejo with an adorable 7 month old baby girl, Harlow and a sweet 7 year old lab mix, Jackson. Dad is in the military (Army) soon starting a job as an instructor and mom works in healthcare as a medical social worker. We are an active family and enjoy spending time outdoors, weather permitting!

We are looking for a kind, patient, compassionate and thoughtful person to assist with caring for our daughter at home while we work (we do not need assistance with caring for our dog, but rather, a nanny who is comfortable with animals :)). We want a nanny who has at least 2 years of experience caring for infants/toddlers/children and is passionate about the work. We want a nanny who is wanting/ready to interact/engage/actively participate in our daughters care, learning and life while mom and dad are working. Open and honest communication is also very important to us and we want to make sure our nanny feels comfortable and confident in communicating with us!

We also request that the person be a non smoker, have their own transportation, is comfortable/likes animals and is up to date on all vaccinations, including flu, tdap and COVID vaccines. Parents have been fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID. We request the person be conscientious about their health and someone who is taking proper precautions during the pandemic as to not bring illness into our home (mom has an autoimmune disorder and is immunocompromised, due to medication for the disorder and baby is also immunocompromised, due to mom being on this medication while pregnant). We request the person is infant/toddler/child CPR and first aid certified and also completes a new background check.

Lastly, the hours we are needing care as of now include W-F, 8:30am-5pm, although the days (not hours) may be adjusted, as we potentially have additional help outside of nanny care. We look forward to hearing from you and connecting!
