We're relocating from NJ to Santa Barbara this September and seeking a warm, organized nanny/family assistant for our sweet, playful 16-month-old daughter.
Details:
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Live-out, starts mid-Sept/early Oct)
Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri (~40 hrs/week guaranteed)
NJ Onboarding (Nice to have): ~3-week paid onboarding in NJ starting early Sept (flights, private lodging, and travel covered) before heading to SB
Focus: Screen-free play, outdoor walks, toddler meal prep, and light family assistance (tidying, child laundry, errands)
Pay: $30–$42+/hr DOE + PTO & paid holidays
Ideal Qualities: Calm, gentle, organized, and reliable

Full-Time Nanny Job: The grieff Family with 2 Children
We need a Nanny to help a stay at home mom with two children. Mom will be home most of the time. She has two injured wrists and we need help taking care of the kids. Basic things like feeding, playtime, reading, etc. We have a dog, but he will be in crate or outside. We have a 5 bedroom house with a nice yard and plenty of parks for the kids near by, as well as a library.

I have a 4-year-old daughter with autism she doesn't fully speak yet but will try to communicate. She is kind and loving. She loves attention, music/dancing, painting, games, and anything with Disney princesses.
I am looking for part-time care Monday-Friday earliest if possible 7:30 AM until 11:30 AM. She has ABA therapy at 12:30 PM.
I expect normal responsibilities for care (ex. playing with/entertaining her, possible lunch) She is currently working on potty training during therapy but she does wear a diaper.
Possible drop-off at therapy.
