We both work in healthcare, so we have varied work schedules. We are looking for assistance with our two boys, Milo is 2.5 and Finn is 15mo. We often need help with afternoons to pick them up from daycare, help get them fed and occasional bedtimes. 4pm-630/7. We work occasional weekends so those days would be more extended hours 630-4pm but that also may vary. We also are always looking for someone for occasional date nights. We understand our schedule is complicated and we tend to ask for help a lot of times last minute. Looking for someone or a few people that are flexible. On the weekends we love for the kids to get outside for adventures whether that's to go to the park, go on little hikes, the zoo, Explora, the natural history museum etc.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with toddlers, preferably as a nanny, teacher, or childcare professional.
- Ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate educational activities.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
- Up-to-date immunizations, including flu and COVID-19 (preferred).

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for outings.
- Willingness to undergo a background check (criminal and driving record).
- Commitment to at least one year.
