We had a wonderful nanny/sitter for the past three years who moved into a career path better suited for her future (which while sad for us, we are so happy for her!)
Usually we like 2-3 weekdays and one weekend night but not more than 3-4 days a week. Days can be flexible based on what works for both parties.
