Responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, following baby’s routine, and providing age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, reading, singing, and play. No housekeeping duties are expected—our priority is someone focused on meeting our baby’s needs and providing safe, attentive care while we are at work.
We value reliability, communication, respect for our parenting preferences, and someone who will create a loving and positive environment for our daughter. Our home has security cameras in common areas for safety, so applicants must be comfortable working in a monitored environment.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, our current nanny we have had for 5 years is no longer going to be able to help us. It is hard because she was like family but we are looking forward to the next extended part of our family. Our son Hutch (7) and daughter Mary Hayes (5) are both well behaved and active kiddos. Days consist of 7:30/8:00 arrival, taking Mary Hayes to Reading Friends at 9 picking her up at 12 and picking Hutch up at 3. Help with homework and then play until Lacy or I arrive home at 5. While Mary Hayes is at school, our current nanny used that time to help with keeping the house tidy and help with laundry.
