A little bit about us
We are looking for a full time live out nanny. I’m expecting to start a new position March 1 and need help caring for my 3 kids. We have a 2 year old boy and twin 3 month old girls. My husband and I both work from home primarily and would like to still be involved as much as we can during their day to day routine. The 2 year old attends Mother’s Day out twice a week and will then spend the rest of his day at grandmas house so he will be in your care MWF. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s you’ll have just the girls. All three are on a very good feeding/napping schedule. I’m asking light housework to be done which mainly includes cleaning up after the children (their meals, their laundry, keeping their rooms and play area tidy, etc.). We do have two dogs and 1 is antisocial. He has a problem with resource guarding and will be locked up throughout the day. My husband and I will be responsible for letting him out on potty breaks.
I do not need someone to drive the kids around, but I may need help with their appointments in which case you would accompany me.
I’d also ask for you to help keep their baby books up to date with specific milestones (they are currently blank!!)
We limit screen time for the toddler to one hour a day and it’s usually turned on for him while we get dinner prepared. I’d like someone to come in with toddler appropriate activities to keep him engaged and entertained throughout the day. Someone who knows bits of Spanish or another language is a huge plus!
If you’d like to help us and join our crazy family please feel free to text or call me (leave a voicemail, I screen all calls) [phone number hidden]
Thanks!
Chelsea

About the family:
We are first-time parents excited to welcome a nanny into our home as we prepare to return to work. Our daughter was born on March 31, and we are looking for a loving, dependable caregiver who can become a trusted, long-term part of our family. Dad works in finance and Mom is an ER physician, so while we are laid back and flexible, we also value clear communication, reliability, and strong attention to safety.
We are drawn to a Montessori-style approach that encourages independence and self-reliance, and we plan to keep her environment screen-free. We also have involved grandparents/in-laws who may occasionally pop in.
Dad works from home 3 days a week. Mom has a varied healthcare schedule and is typically home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, though her schedule can change. She receives her work schedule two months in advance and can sometimes request certain days off with enough notice. We are looking for a nanny who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and willing to coordinate accordingly.
