We’re looking for full time care for our infant during the day and either morning/afternoon help with our older son. Primary duties would be caring for the kids with secondary possibly light housework mainly around supporting the older child in picking up after himself with a few requests like washing baby bottles or running a load of baby clothes here and there.
We have two dogs and some guinea pigs. We’re not expecting help with them, but being comfortable and kind with animals is important.
We’d love someone who is actively engaged with the children rather than using devices or electronics, someone who is gentle yet firm when needed, and someone with infant care experience.

As mom, Lisa, is a certified EC-6 grade teacher with a degree in early childhood, she'll be responsible for creating all the academic activities. Since our household is bilingual, we'd really appreciate a nanny who can communicate in both Spanish and English. We're also a gentle parenting home and would need someone onboard with this approach. As we're very careful regarding COVID, it's crucial that you're up to date with all vaccinations.
We both work at home, but we only intervene with your job when necessary or if we're on a break and want to spend some time with our child. We're looking for a nanny available from Monday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Fridays from 9 AM to 3.30 PM. Our home, equipped with a large playroom, spacious backyard, and adjacent park, could be the primary location for the nanny share. And, just so you know, we have two large dogs, but you won't need to look after them as we're always home.
We had an exceptional Au Pair for the past two years who was a significant part of our family. As she's going to return to her home country in 2024. Most importantly, we're in search of someone who truly loves kids, makes our daughter feel loved and safe, and considers being a part of our family as long as they work with us. Some of the additional requirements are light housekeeping, having your own car and a driver's license, proficiency in spoken English and Spanish, and valid first aid and CPR certifications.
We can't wait to welcome you to our family. 😊
