A little bit about us

HOUSE MANAGER/MOTHER’S HELPER WANTED - this is not a nanny/childcare position. My husband and I have demanding jobs and we are having trouble keeping up with housekeeping, meal preparation, and odd jobs. We find ourselves spending our nights and weekends, when free, trying to keep up with everything and we could really use some help in the home. I am looking for someone local to the Ashburn/Broadlands area who could come to the house 3-5x a week to assist. Light cleaning would include wiping down surfaces, loading and emptying dishwasher, putting in a load of laundry, vacuum or mop main floor, general tidying of busy spaces. Meal prep help would include planning dinners for the week, providing grocery list up front or running to the store for items, and maybe doing the chop/prep work needed so we can throw it together more quickly each evening after work and activities. If available for more hours during the day there may be other odd jobs as needed.

We do have one long-haired cat, so this would not be a fit for someone who has a cat allergy.

Ideally the best candidate would be here for 2-3 hours on most weekdays. This could be anytime between 8am-4pm. I work from home most days.
