A little bit about us

My husband and I work odd shifts. I work 24 hours and my husband works swingshift. We would need late night care approximately 1 to 2 nights a week but they would be off shift at 1:30 when my husband gets home. We have three children one of which will be in kindergarten in the fall.
I would expect the nanny to have their own vehicle to drive to and from sport activities after school. Everything is negotiable we just have to sit down and talk about it.
