Family of 5 seeking a warm, capable nanny to assist stay-at-home mom on weekday afternoons, 3-5 days per week. We have 3 kids: boys ages 5 and 3 and a newborn girl. You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. Newborn experience required. Must be comfortable with dogs. $27-32 hr depending on experience. We're metro and bus accessible. Taryn Isabella LeFlore is 4 months on the 29th. You'll watch her for approximately 10 hours a week and the days would likely be Tuesday as well as Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Most the time she will already have been bathed and in the bed before you arrive. We do have 2 dogs, they can go outside in the dog pen or if you’re comfortable they can stay in the house and sleep.
