ISO Another Family for a Nanny Share in Mission Valley

We are currently looking for a second family to join our nanny share with a wonderful nanny we are currently working with. Our son is 6 month old and we are located in Mission Valley right by Civita park.
We are are hoping to find another family within 15-20 minutes that will share hosting.
Our schedule is M-F 8am-4pm with a little flexibility.
Our nanny's rate is $16.50 per hour+ dependent on responsibilities.
We would prefer another child up to a year old. We are looking for a fun, active, communicative, & consistent family who will become like family to me as well.
About our nanny: She has over 10 years of experience caring for children from newborn up to 12 years old. Her favorite ages to work with would have to be between newborn & 2 years old. She is a very active nanny & loves being outdoors. With her past nanny families she has spent a lot of time going to the zoo, parks, museums, libraries, the aquarium & many other places. Her previous families have describe her as someone who is very hard working, reliable, flexible, communicative, honest, patient & kind. I live by the saying, “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I have always known that I wanted to work with children & I am very passionate about what I do. The connections that I make with each family I work with, mean the world to me. She can also provide my references & answer any questions you may have. Key Responsibilities
Infant Care: Provide attentive care focusing on safety, emotional security, and developmental growth
Routine: Follow and maintain a consistent schedule for naps, bottle feedings, and wake windows
Development: Engage in age-appropriate play, including tummy time, reading, and sensory activities
Hygiene: Handle frequent diaper changes, keep the nursery tidy, and clean baby items daily
Meal Prep: Wash, sterilize, and prepare formula or breastmilk bottles. Help transition to solid foods. Note: Mom will have prepared food, so you will not have to cook
Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away the baby's clothing and bedding
Light Housekeeping tasks

Position Requirements
Infant Knowledge: Deep understanding of infant milestones, safe sleep practices, and choking hazards
Certifications: Current Infant CPR and First Aid certifications
References: Strong references from previous families; past infant care experience is a major plus
Background Check: Clear criminal background check and a clean driving record
Health: Up to date on standard vaccinations (including Tdap and the flu shot) to protect the baby

A little bit about us

Vivien and Helene moved to San Diego 9 years ago and just relocated from Pacific Beach to North Park.
Vivien is a scientist and Helene is a corporate event planner.
Nina is a very happy and curious baby who loves to play, look at books, and be outside for long walks. She eats and naps like a champ!

Yoann and Angelique made the bold decision to leave France a decade ago and start a new life in the sunny city of San Diego. They share a deep passion for travel, music, sports, and cherish spending quality time with our friends.
Their most recent addition to the family, Louise, arrived just six months ago. She is a joyful and curious baby. She is interested in plants, books, finds comfort in chewy toys, and strangely, she has a fascination with plastic water bottles. On the flip side, she hates nose drops, any excessively loud noises, and going to sleep at night.
