* Provide part-time care for a 4-month-old infant with a cleft lip and palate
* Comfortable with feeding, hygiene, and post op care related to his needs
* Follow and maintain feeding schedules (formula)
* Safely prepare, warm, and clean bottles
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Support healthy sleep routines (naps and soothing techniques)
* Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing)
* Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
* Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play area)
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents
Qualifications:
* Previous experience caring for infants (especially under 1 year)
* Knowledge of infant care, safety, and development
* Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Strong references

My husband is a police officer and I work at a school and am off for summer so this would be for approximately a month Monday- Friday from 8:30am - 3or 4pm. Some potential days during summer break and if we don’t get into daycare this coming school year we would like to hopefully have the same person start again in August. Responsibilities include loving on our baby girl, bottle washing and potentially laundry for her only, vacuuming the living area/her bedroom twice a week. We have 3 German Shedders who are not allowed in her bedroom but floof is still everywhere.
